This vehicle is rated as a “motor assisted
push bike” in NSW and as such can be ridden on public streets without
being registered, insured or the rider licenced. It is capable of a top
speed of 30 kilometres an hour but on steep hills needs pedal assistance
from the rider. It is fitted with both electric and pull cord starters. It
was manufactured in

by The Sachs Company who are famous for designing and manufacturing
engines It is fitted with head and tail lights and an electronic
speedometer.
